Debra Branse is a Senior Associate in Selman Breitman’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group. She represents and advises insurance companies regarding the availability of coverage under both primary and excess policies and in inter-insurance coverage disputes. Debra has experience handling disputes under both liability and property policies. Her practice includes drafting of coverage opinions, reservation of rights and declination letters. She is also involved in the litigation of insurance coverage matters, including declaratory relief, equitable contribution and subrogation claims. 

Debra is admitted to practice law in California in both state and all federal courts.

Originally from San Diego, Debra presently resides in Pleasant Hill.  When not helping clients with their legal needs, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
