Eric Baba is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Orange County office and a member of the firm’s General Liability practice group. Eric represents insurance carriers, corporations, and individual owners in the defense of personal injury suits, including cases arising out of catastrophic injury. His clients include national corporations and individuals.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric gained extensive experience handling all phases of litigation in a wide array of general liability cases, including motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage.

Eric earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, with a concentration in Entertainment Law. During his time at Loyola, Eric volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles where he assisted U.S. military veterans with various legal issues.

In his free time, Eric enjoys playing basketball, riding his bike, and rooting on his favorite sports teams (Los Angeles Lakers, Denver Broncos, Arsenal F.C.)
