Patice A. Gore is a Senior Associate in Selman Breitman’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group. She represents insurers in a wide array of matters, including litigation arising out of the handling of first- and third-party insurance claims. 

Patice’s extensive experience in Insurance provides her a unique ability to evaluate and defend a wide variety of insurance claims. She works closely with clients to develop unique strategies to fully address her clients’ needs. 

She has published numerous materials relating to insurance coverage and insurance claim handling, including a column in the Daily Journal entitled, “Autonomously Arriving,” discussing the potential impact self-driving or autonomous vehicles on the insurance industry. Patice has also authored several articles regarding the duty to defend insureds under liability policies.   

Originally from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Patice presently resides in Los Angeles. When not helping clients with their legal needs, she enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time with her family and friends.
