On December 5, 2016 the Daily Journal published Take Home Exposure to Asbestos Ruling Raises New Questions, penned by Christine Calareso and Michael Sandgren following the California Supreme Court's seminal ruling on this issue. The Court found that an employer or property owner owes a duty to prevent exposure not only to an employee or person who had direct contact, but to members of that person's household as well.
