Andrew D.Wyatt

Andrew Wyatt is an Associate in the firm's Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance, Commercial Litigation, and Coverage Litigation practice groups. He represents insurers in complex coverage disputes and coverage litigation in state and federal court, including cases arising out of extracontractual matters, construction and environmental matters, and property-casualty matters.  Andrew also has experience representing insurance companies in disputes that involve complex multi-party contribution and subrogation issues.

Andrew’s extensive experience in Insurance enables him to efficiently analyze complex coverage issues to determine the best strategies to help his clients resolve matters prior to litigation, at mediation, and at trial.  He works closely with claim representatives to keep his clients informed and involved in the process every step of the way to ensure he is best serving his client’s interests.

Originally from Orange County, Andrew presently resides in Downtown Los Angeles.  When not helping clients with their legal needs he spends his time playing basketball, going to LA Rams football games, and playing fetch with his dog Peanut and cat Kage.
