Erich N. Storm is Of Counsel in Selman Breitman’s Las Vegas office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance and General Liability practice groups.  He represents insurers and their insureds in first- and third-party personal injury disputes, including cases arising out of vehicle accidents. Erich’s clients include insurers and their corporate insureds. He also has experience in representing parties in disputes that involve complex eminent domain actions on behalf of condemnors such as government entities and public utilities.

Erich’s considerable experience in General Liability and Litigation in a variety of different contexts enables him to evaluate a matter’s impact on his clients, to communicate this effectively to his clients, and to help devise the best manner of proceeding.  He works closely with clients to ensure that their needs are understood, that their protocol is followed, and that that timely and consistent communications are maintained to best serve their interests.
