Jillian Harvey is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, and Public Entities practice groups. Jillian represents insured and private businesses in all forms of disputes, including cases arising out of professional negligence, general negligence, rental vehicle disputes, breach of contract, statutory claims, and all other civil disputes. Jillian’s clients include rental car companies and various premises owners.

While in law school, Jillian was a member of UC Hastings' nationally-ranked Intercollegiate Trial Team and served as an editor of Hastings Women's Law Journal. She also served as a law clerk for the Alameda County District Attorney and United States Attorney for the Northern District of California. She had the unique opportunity to first chair a misdemeanor jury trial as student law clerk while at the Alameda County District Attorney. Jillian continues to hone her trial skills by staying involved with Hastings' Trial Team and serving as an alumni coach.

Originally from Pleasanton, California, Jillian resides in San Francisco. When not helping clients with their legal needs she spends her time skiing, hiking, and cooking for friends and family.
