Wendy M. Schenk is a Partner in the firm’s San Francisco office.  Wendy represents and advises liability insurers in insurance coverage matters, including litigation arising out of disputes over the nature and extent of insurance coverage for commercial general liability claims. Wendy's practice includes the preparation of coverage opinions, reservation of rights and declination letters, as well as the litigation of insurance coverage matters, including declaratory relief, equitable contribution and subrogation claims. She has many years of experience defending insured individuals and businesses in litigation involving claims of general negligence, premises liability, breach of contract, statutory claims, landlord-tenant disputes, fraud, invasion of privacy, discrimination, ADA violations, and various other civil disputes.  

Wendy’s considerable experience in Insurance and general liability disputes provides her  with a unique ability to analyze insurance issues and provide practical advice to insurance clients. She works closely with clients and claims representatives with the goal of quickly responding to their concerns and to provide guidance on what their next steps should be to best protect their interests.

Wendy is originally from Pennsylvania, but has resided in San Francisco since 2000. When not helping clients with their legal needs she spends her time traveling, scuba diving, and taking culinary classes.
