Elizabeth Brockman and Peter Mintzer to Speak at EECMA Annual Conference

Two Selman Breitman Partners will speak at the 2018 Emerging and Environmental Claims Manager Association ("EECMA") Annual Conference, to be held at the Loews Royal Pacific Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida, April 25-27.

Elizabeth M. Brockman and Peter J. Mintzer will present a session entitled, "Claims and Coverage Issues Arising from Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations" on April 26. Their presentation will discuss the claims, coverage issues, characteristics, state Right-to-Farm laws, regulations, and environmental impacts, among other topics, that affect the more than 250 million agricultural feeding operations in the United States today.

The Emerging and Environmental Claims Managers Association (EECMA) is an informal group of property and casualty insurers and reinsurers. Each Spring, EECMA organizes a conference on industry-specific "cutting-edge" topics presented by U.S. and international attorneys, consultants, and insurance professionals who are experts in their respective fields.
