Elizabeth Brockman and Peter Mintzer to Speak at SEIP 2018

Selman Breitman Partners Elizabeth Brockman and Peter Mintzer will speak at SEIP 2018: Expanding The Market, to be held in San Francisco on June 18-20, 2018.

Elizabeth and Peter have significant experience handling complex environmental and toxic tort insurance coverage matters, and will present a session entitled, "Claims and Coverage Issues Arising from Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations" to an audience of brokers and agents. They will discuss the claims, coverage issues, characteristics, state Right-to-Farm laws, regulations, and environmental impacts, among other topics, that affect the more than 250 million agricultural feeding operations in the United States today.
