
Gregory J. Newman to Present at Insurance in the Construction Industry Seminar
Selman partner, Gregory Newman will present at the Insurance in the Construction Industry seminar on January 18 in Los Angeles. His presentation, “Overview of Construction Insurance and WRAP Policy Considerations,” will address WRAP vs. standard insurance coverage. Greg and his fellow panelist will also discuss enrollment issues, additional coverages not contained in typical CGL policies, completed operations coverage tails, and rolling wrap policies.
Greg’s fellow panelist will be Joyia Z. Greenfield, a Founding Partner of the law firm Lorber Greenfield & Polito LLP.

Greg specializes in handling complex insurance coverage related matters, with an emphasis in third-party property-casualty issues in the construction, automotive, trucking, and environmental arenas, as well as professional liability and errors and omissions claims. His practice includes the preparation of coverage opinions, reservations of rights and declination letters, as well as the litigation of insurance coverage matters, including declaratory relief, equitable contribution and bad faith claims, from inception through trial. Greg also has experience at the appellate level, including writ petitions and appeals.
