Please note that routine weekly maintenance windows occur late Friday nights and Saturday evenings. During these times, events are not typically posted. Minor service performance impacts may occur, usually between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM Pacific Time.

Microsoft is experiencing an outage affecting their email services.

Current Status:

     Outgoing emails: Working

     Internal emails (within the firm): Working

     Incoming external emails: Not being received

This issue is on Microsoft’s side and is impacting inbound mail delivery. Microsoft is actively investigating, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

External senders may experience delayed delivery; messages should be delivered automatically once service is restored. You will be able to find and view messages in mimecast but they will not be delivered until services are restored.

On October 31st, 5:00 PM, we will start shutting down servers in Los Angeles office prior to 6:00 PM building power shut down to conduct the Annual Reg 4 Fire Life and Safety System Testing which will take approximately 8 hours to complete.

Our systems in Los Angeles office will be shut down during the maintenance window. We will bring up the systems the following day November 1st, 6:00 AM onwards after we get all clear from the building.

Computers in LA office will be unavailable as well (No GoToMyPC).

If you have a laptop then you may access NetDocs and emails normally without needing to connect to VPN.
